Refrigerate for upto 1 week (unwrap paper packaging, wrap in a kitchen towel and store in a breadbox).
For longer storage, freeze for upto 4 weeks (slice the loaf, wrap in a kitchen towel, store in a breadbox in the freezer).
The frozen slice can be placed straight in the oven or toaster without thawing.
Slice and toast(not too long)and top with olive oil/cheese/avocados/eggs/veggies like Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber/pesto
